Welcome to my updated website. My hope is not to sell my services, but to educate all those who seek information about taxes, accounting and the business world as simply as possible using the information available through federal and state tax authorities and the American Institute of CPAs. I will strive to update my posts as often as possible to keep you as up to date as is possible. I receive monthly updates on all tax and accounting rules/law changes and will also cover basic business topics such as budgeting, leverage, car/home purchases, reconciling your checkbook and other hot button issues of the moment. If you have suggestions for topics I would love to hear from you and I will try to provide the best information possible.
I truly believe that most business folks are quite savvy on the “front end” of their business, but lack much of the know-how for the “back end” (administrative, accounting, etc.) which is immensely critical in helping to shape the short and long-term business decisions to help maintain and grow their operations. That is why I will try to focus on the “back end” issues to help you make the most informed business and personal decisions possible.
